Interculturality means crossings, connections and meetings half way: an interpersonal dialogue over languages and cross-cultures. Out of the need to create a place, which would let the wider group of recipients join in the discussion, the Festiwal Village will be set up, during which non- governmental organizations will present the idea of the European Year of Intercultural Dialogue.

In the tent Baju Baju, prepared by Storyteller Museum, we will be able to hear incredible stories from different parts of the World. The Fair Trade Association “The Third World and Us” will invite you to tasting coffee and chocolate. There will be also concerts, exhibitions, lectures and film screenings, language mini- courses and Hand Made Fair in Cafe Szafa (Podmurze Street 2).

In the Festival Village, individual organisations and initiatives will have their „stands” and the Festival public will be able to talk to them and learn more about their projects. Our initiative is going to promote many interesting actions and undertakings in the spirit of mutual support and lack of rivalry. We hope that the phenomena presented have a potential to induce a positive change in our society.

Entrance to all the events of the village is free, but taking into account limited seats number we encourage you to register  earlier for the chosen workshops and performances.
